Hello!
I'm here to help you step out of the daily grind and build leverage beyond the treatment room, so your business supports your life,
even while you're busy being a super mom, leader, and healer!
Book your expansion session today, and we’ll take a look at your existing business and diagnose what’s holding you back from getting the results you’re after
Telehealth is a genuine piece of online expansion, but on its own it isn’t enough, because it changes where you work without changing how income is earned: every virtual appointment still trades one hour of your time for one appointment’s revenue. Virtual care removes geography, which is real progress, but it keeps the core constraint intact, since your calendar still caps your income and time away still stops it. Full online expansion adds at least one leveraged layer on top of virtual care: a group program, course, or digital product where one effort serves many. Telehealth is a strong first step and a common stopping point; the practitioners who keep going are the ones who stop trading hours entirely for part of their income.
Adding virtual appointments checks every surface-level box: you’re “online,” you serve people beyond your area, and the tech hurdle is behind you. That’s exactly why so many practitioners stop there, and maybe you’ve felt the plateau that follows: the schedule refills, now with virtual slots, and the original problem (income tied entirely to your presence) is untouched. The screen changed; the equation didn’t.
The Practitioner RISE Model™ from Hailey Krajewski draws a clear distinction: expansion means income that isn’t tied to clinical hours, whatever room those hours happen in. On the R.I.S.E. Pathway, telehealth is a delivery format inside your existing model; the EXPAND stage is where one-to-many offers change the model itself. Both matter. Only one changes what a week of your life produces.
Look at one hour of your expertise under three formats, using the leverage benchmarks from your own numbers and The Practitioner Expansion Audit™:
A telehealth appointment: one hour, one patient, one appointment fee. Identical economics to the treatment room, minus the commute.
A group program call: the same hour teaching 10 to 12 people inside a paid cohort. A $2,000 program with 10 to 12 participants makes each delivery hour worth many multiples of an appointment.
A recorded lesson: the same hour, captured once, serving every buyer of a $997 course for years. The math behind income that isn’t tied to your hours lives in How Do I Build Income That Isn’t Tied to Patient Hours?

Telehealth keeps you in row one. Expansion adds rows two and three alongside it, and virtual care then plays beautifully with both: the telehealth patient who needs more education joins the group program; the program graduate who needs individual care books the virtual visit. The formats feed each other once the leveraged layer exists.
None of this argues against virtual care; it argues for using what telehealth has already built for you. Offering it proves you can deliver value through a screen, which retires the “my work only happens in person” belief. It extends your warm audience beyond your area, and out-of-area patients are often the first buyers of an online program, since they already chose you over local options. And it stress-tests your tech comfort: a practitioner running telehealth already operates most of the stack an online offer needs. If virtual care is your current online presence, the foundation is poured; the leveraged layer is the part still waiting. Not sure which part of your work could become that layer? Start with Which Parts of My Practice Can I Offer Online?
If your goal was flexibility of location, telehealth alone may genuinely be enough, and there’s no failure in that. If the goal is income that continues during a vacation, a slow season, or a maternity leave, or impact beyond the number of appointments a week can hold, then the next move is one validated one-to-many offer built alongside the virtual schedule. The ROOT-stage starting point is the same as ever: one person, one promise. Here’s where to begin: How Do I Create My First Online Offer as a Health Practitioner?
Is telehealth considered online expansion for a practitioner? It’s one piece of it: virtual care removes geography and proves screen-based delivery works. Full expansion adds a one-to-many layer (a program, course, or digital product) so part of your income stops depending on your hours.
Does telehealth make more money than in-person appointments? Per hour, roughly the same, since both trade one hour for one appointment fee. The gains are reach and flexibility rather than leverage; leverage comes from group and recorded formats.
Should I start with telehealth or an online program? They aren’t competitors: many practitioners run both, and telehealth often comes first because it’s familiar. The program is the move that changes your income model, so treat virtual care as a step rather than the destination.
Can my telehealth patients join my online program? Yes, and they’re often ideal first members: already comfortable with you on a screen and already outside the reach of local alternatives. The program handles education and support; visits handle what needs individual care.
Will an online program replace my telehealth or clinic income? It runs alongside rather than replacing. The program covers the income gaps hours can’t (time away, capacity ceilings) while clinical care, virtual or in person, continues for the work that requires it.
How do I know if I should build beyond telehealth? Ask what happens to your income during two weeks away. If the answer is “it stops,” a leveraged offer is the missing layer, and your readiness for one is measurable in about 15 minutes with the Expansion Audit.
If telehealth is your current online presence, the leveraged layer above it has a calculable value. The Practitioner Expansion Audit™ finds it in about 15 minutes. Then bring your number to a free RISE Expansion Session.
